We perform a full range of heat treatment
applications. Omega Metal Treating performs case hardening, surface
hardening, quench and tempering, flame hardening annealing, and cast
iron salvage and structure transformation processing.

Metal Treating offers its customers an in-house Metallurgical Lab.
Our metallurgical
 lab performs a full range of testing that
includes case hardness, case depth measurement, and brinell
hardness.
We also offer complete metallographic preparation,
micro analysis, and photo-micrograph capability.
